Our centre strongly values and participates in Primary Care giving, enabling us to build trust and attachment with the children in our care as well as building strong partnerships with their Families.

Our educator : child ratios foster close relationships & respect for the unique pace at which each individual child develops.

We base our programs on the national Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards.

The centre promotes a Reflective Practice & Program Mentor (RPPM) whose role it is to provoke professional conversations both informal and formal with educators across the centre and to facilitate learning, critical thinking & reflection.
